Job Description

Responsible for assisting the Director, IGPO with the coordination, facilitation and execution of privacy related assessment activities that impact the Information Technology organization. This includes, but is not limited to the company's annual PCI assessment (domestic US & Brazil); SSAE 16 SOC 2 reports; biennial FTC security assessment and other related events. This role will also provide ad hoc support for significant data breach response activities; submit and track privacy-related corrective action plans (CAPs) with IT; liaison with the IT Controls, Audit & Monitoring and IT Security teams where appropriate to ensure privacy compliant IT security implementations. Support PBM client audit requests. Assist with IGPO's management of the company's data masking and restricted data client initiatives. Support the Identity Management Team in the implementation of a corporate-wide IDM solution. Develop and communicate privacy requirements for technical solutions being developed or assessed by the IT Security Architecture team. - See more at:

Job Summary

Required Qualifications:

Experience: > Minimum 6 years in a corporate business environment with experience in privacy, IT security or IT audit. > At least 2 (of the 6 years) experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of current state and federal privacy/data security/breach regulatory requirements, to include but not limited to HIPAA, HITECH and PCI. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: > Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and external constituents > Must be able to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision > Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem resolution skills > Knowledge of audit and governance concepts/practices/frameworks > Knowledge of company structure and responsibilities > Strong organizational and project management skills; > Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high energy environment. > Ability to assess complex systems. processes and analyze data > Ability to lead in a cross functional team atmosphere and develop positive cross-functional working relationships. > Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) > Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:

The following certifications are a desired: CISM, CISSP, CIPP, CISA, CIPM PCIM Masters Degree in MIS/Comp Science is a plus. 'Big 4' audit experience or IT security consulting experience is a plus.

Minimum of a Bachelors Degree: in MIS, Comp Sci, Business/Mgmt or related discipline. - See more at:
